Are you looking for hips like Kylie Jenner or a booty like Beyonce?
You’re not alone.
The American Society of Plastic Surgery dubbed 2015 a "year of the rear" as the Brazilian Butt lift and other derriere-enhancing procedures have become some of the most sought-after cosmetic procedures.
However, that booty comes at a cost — on the order of $8,000 -10,000 on average.
That’s where we come in.
At MedRepublic, you can expect the same results that you would find from a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon— but without the Beverly Hills price tag. In fact, you can have your procedure in destinations like Los Cabos or Cancun, check out some of the most pristine beaches in the world and return home with the derriere you’ve always dreamed of.

Who is a candidate?
You are a good candidate for Brazilian butt lift if you are physically healthy, realistic about the range of cosmetic outcomes that are possible as a result of this procedure, and have 10-20 pounds of excess fat in other body regions (since fat will be extracted via liposuction from other regions of your body to then be injected into your buttocks).
Who is not a candidate?
You are NOT a candidate for Brazilian butt lift if you have experienced or may experience negative reactions to general or regional anesthesia. If you do not have sufficient amounts of body fat in other areas of your body, you may need to gain weight prior to the procedure.
Like other surgeries, Brazilian butt lift requires certain general surgery procedures such as preoperative blood testing, medications, and cessation of smoking or use of pain relievers and anti-inflammatory drugs.
Brazilian butt lift is a highly successful procedure and patients are usually very pleased with the results. As with any surgery, there are risks of complications related to infection or adverse reactions to anesthesia. A proper assessment of every patient, along with complete lab work, help to prevent postoperative complications. After healing, scars are handled with special treatments to minimize their appearance.
Patients may be asked to follow certain directions for self-care and avoid sitting for prolonged periods of time. However, the majority of patients fully recover within a few weeks, with all signs of swelling disappearing a few months later.
As with any surgery, there are risks of complications related to infection or adverse reactions to anesthesia. Scarring is also an issue, as with all surgical procedures.
